Salary slip (original and photocopy - last 3 months)
IT papers - personal for last 3 years
Bank statement - personal (self-attested) for last 6 months,
IT papers - Company (self-attested) for last 3 years
Bank statement - Company (self-attested) for last 6 months
Hotel Confirmation Must Or ‘Declaration of Proof’ completely filled in, signed by the invitee and photocopy of invitee’s Malta ID card or Passport. All in original, witnessed by (Maltese) Public Notary.
Adhar Card copy

Valid passport with atleast 3 months validity from the date of travel.
2 Visa Application Forms.

Covering Letter.
Invitation.
ATC Form.
Return Confirmed Ticket.
Original Insurance.
Original Financial docs (IT return for 3 years and Original Bank Statement for last 6 months).
